NEIGHBOR STEPPED ON MY BLANKETS!

Things between Paballo Bapello and her neighbour have been tense for long. Paballo claims that she has not been in speaking terms with her neighbour for a long period of time - approximately 6 months. Even though she did not let in into why they suddenly drifted apart. She did mention and share pictures of the the neighbours hateful act.

After stating the odd behaviour of the neighbour - peeping into her gate and ignoring her greetings she shared the images of the man taking her blankets hanged on the precast, throwing them on the mud and stomping them in his half nakedness.

Some of the comments left on the news shared have mentioned hanging clothing or blankets on the precast is an inappropriate act with others defending her because this is an African norm, clean and easily done amongst neighbours that get along.

Paballo ended her post with a question " Ha ele tje taba rei etsa jwang "
In a South Africa filled with sexism, racism and violence what were the neighbours supposed to act in this situation.

Is one supposed to let a neighbour hang blankets on the precast?, When a neighbour finds blankets on the precast what is the correct approach?.

Could this have been a sexist racially motivated act?.

We are keen to hear your opinions
